Eligibility Criteria: Bandhkam Kamgar
- The beneficiary should be a resident of Maharashtra. The recipient should have a domicile of Maharashtra as proof.
- The age of the users should be between 18 and 60 years old.
- The recipient should have work experience of at least 90 days(3 months) in the past 12 months to apply for this.
- The recipient should not be an Income Tax Payer
- The claimant should not own a four-wheeler; the recipient will be disqualified if found otherwise.
- The recipient should be register with MAHABOCW, and they should fill out Form-V.
- The annual subscription fee and the registration fee are Rs 1 + Rs 1.

Bandhkam Kamgar Yojana Login Process
- Go to the mahabocw. on the website and click on the Login option.
- Fill in your Email address and Password, and then click on the Login option.
- You are login to the website, you just have to register now.
- Save the password to avoid any future problems. After logging in, you can register and fill out other sections at your own pace.
How to apply for Bandhkam Kamgar: Online
- Go to the website: https://mahabocw.in/ (Maharashtra Building and Construction Workers Welfare Board).
- Click on the “Workers” option on the Homepage.
- Click on the “Workers Registration” from the Dropdown list.
- Recheck your Eligibility Criteria before proceeding to the Register button. Fill in your Date of Birth and check all the boxes.
- Click on the Check Your Eligibility option. Fill in your Aadhar Card and Mobile Number and select the “Proceed to Form” option.
- Fill all 4 sections, such as Personal Details, Family Details, Employer Details and upload the Supporting Documents.
- Pay the registration fees and the annual subscription fees (Rs 1+ Rs 1)
- Lastly, click on the Save option and then the Submit button.
- After the form is submit, choose the date and centre for the document verification as per your preference.
- Go to the Taluka or the Worker Facilitation Centre with the original documents.
- After the verification is done, you can login to the website and apply for the renewal and the claim benefits.
How to Apply Bandhkam Kamgar: Offline
- Download the form from the website and take a printout of the same.
- Organise all important documents with you.
- Fill the form and submit it to the Regional Labour Office.
- After Verification, the eligible workers will receive the claimed amount in their bank accounts.

Benefits of Bandhkam Kamgar

Educational Benefits
The children are given educational grants during different stages and classes. For example, the student from 1-7 is given Rs 2,500 annually. The students completing their degree are given Rs 20,000. The students have to have a minimum attendance of 75% from 1st to 10th. They should have 50% or more marks in their 10th and 12th class to claim the benefits.
Health Benefits
The claimant is given financial support for different illnesses and pregnancy through the Maharashtra Government. The benefits include Rs 15,000 to Rs 20,000 for maternity care. Rs 1 lakh for any serious illness. And the free hospital services in the Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Jan Arogya Yojana.
Death and Accident Penalty Claim
The recipient’s family are given around Rs 5,00,000(Scheme F01) upon accidental death in the workplace. The recipient’s family is given around Rs 2,00,000(Scheme F03) upon natural death.
Financial Assistance for Girl Child
The expecting parents should have a Family Planning Certificate issued by a medical officer and the affidavit confirming only one daughter. Rs 1,00,000 made into a fix deposit for the girl child until she turns 18 years of age.

The workers are given financial assistance for a home loan of Rs 6,00,000 and a Rs 2,00,000 grant for the purchase of the house. The claimant should have a loan approval from a bank and a receipt for the loan insurance as proof.
